Finely chop the spring onion and set aside.

白鑊以中低火炒香胡椒碎和胡椒粒。
Fry the ground pepper and peppercorns in a dry pan over medium-low heat until fragrant.

鑊內加入水,蓋上鑊蓋,水滾後煮5分鐘。
Pour water into the pan. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

開蓋下調味料。
Remove the lid and add the seasoning.

下蠔煮熟,連湯放大碗內。
Add the oysters and cook until done. Place the oysters and broth into a large bowl.
