Step 1
除鹽外,將所有青醬材料放入攪拌機攪拌,備用。
Place all the green sauce ingredients(except salt) inside a mixer and blend well. Set aside.

Step 2
試味後加入適量鹽。
Do the taste test first before seasoning with salt.

Step 3
牛扒兩面灑鹽和胡椒粉。
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on both sides of the steak.

Step 4
以大火燒熱有坑紋煎鑊,放入牛扒煎至喜愛生熟度,盛出。
Heat a grill pan with ridges over high-heat. Fry the steak.The doneness of the steak is according to personal preference. Remove.

Step 5
牛扒蓋上鋁紙5分鐘以鎖緊肉汁。
Cover the steak with foil and allow them resting for 5 minutes to retain the juice.

Step 6
鑊內以中大火燒熱水,下鹽,法邊豆和粟米芯煮熟盛出。
Heat water in a pan over medium high heat. Add the salt. Cook the haricots verts and baby corns until done and remove.

Step 7
法邊豆、粟米芯拌入鹽、胡椒粉、橄欖油和車厘茄造成暖沙律。
Make the warm salad by adding the salt, pepper powder, olive oil and cherry tomatoes to the haricots verts and baby corn.

Step 8
將牛扒切件,淋上青醬和松子仁,伴暖沙律享用。
Cut the steaks into pieces. Drizzle with the green sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with the warm salad.
