三文魚洗淨及抹乾,備用。
Rinse the salmon well and pat dry. Set aside.

Step 2
預熱焗爐至180℃。
Preheat oven to 180℃.

將檸檬和青檸切片,備用。
Slice the lemons and limes. Set aside.

Step 4
三文魚與調味料拌勻。鑊內燒熱油,三文魚以中火煎至兩面金黃。
Mix the salmon with seasoning. Heat oil in a pan, fry the salmon over medium-heat until golden on both sides.

Step 5
三文魚釀入刁草,放上檸檬片和青檸片。
Stuff the dill, place the lemon and lime slices on salmon.

將三文魚置焗爐焗7至10分鐘至熟。
Bake the salmon for 7-10 minutes until done.

Step 7
原鑊燒熱橄欖油,加入青豆、粟米粒、鹽和胡椒粉炒熟,盛起備用。
Heat olive oil in the same pan. Add the green beans, corn kernels, salt and pepper powder and fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Step 8
從焗爐取出三文魚,放上魚子,灑上檸檬汁,伴青豆和粟米享用。
Remove the salmon from the oven and place fish roes on top. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with the green beans and corn kernels.
